Meet Cliff Nichols, HR Consultant

Working in hotel and corporate management over the last 12 years, gifted me with the chance to see operational management and human resources at its best and at it’s worst. At it’s best, it afforded me the opportunity to grow professionally by learning new HRIS’, to understand employee relations from a small business to a large enterprise, and to successfully go through two corporate rebranding.

At it’s worst, it allowed me to dissect processes and rebuild them, to rewrite policies , to develop training programs, and to ultimately improve employee relations which in turn increased business operations.

With the experienced gained, I decided to offer my HR services on an individual contracted level or a corporate operations level.

It is my belief that successful business are constantly evaluating and re-evaluating their operations, which includes policies, processes and ultimately the management of people. Having someone looking from a sky high view or coming in and performing one HR featured task can make the difference in the company sinking or swimming. My intent is to help as many individuals and businesses as I can by giving them the power to turn their businesses ON!!
